Response Neutralisation
The Problem
This brand carried decades of family-vacation recall and a vast resort network. But its online reputation told a different story. Reddit threads used words like "scam" and "horrible experience." Quora answers shaped financial-worth queries with complaint-heavy responses. Doubts around membership value, booking availability, cancellation policies, and sales promises dominated every high-intent search.
What We Did
We deployed AEO-native community content built around the questions real buyers were asking: membership breakdowns, resort recommendations, offbeat property discovery, value-for-money comparisons, and authentic vacation experience narratives. On Reddit, content was placed across travel, tourism, hotel, and India-specific communities. On Quora, answers targeted high-intent searches around reviews, cost, resort quality, and plan differences, surfacing balanced, experience-led explanations where complaint threads previously dominated. The strategy wasn't reputation whitewashing. It was filling a vacuum of honest, useful information with content that actually helped buyers decide.
The Results
